When arriving on thier lot a was a little apprehensive. After being shocked by sticker price and extra costs at the big dealerships . I was pleasantly surprised at the straight no nonsense dealing and pricing. After driving the vehicle for a week it developed a mechanical problem in the rear end. I purchased a 2014 Civic Si coupe from RDS Auto back in August. Very fair pricing, no hidden fees/surprise charges. Jaz worked very hard to get me into the car I wanted and I appreciate everyone at RDS Auto for being so kind and helpful. Only mild complaint I had was when I went to pick up the car the interior was not cleaned very well and it had little to no gas. Overall great used car dealer though and I would deal with them again!

My rebuilt 2016 Highlander just passed the 3-month warranty no issues. These guys specialize in fixing up fender benders/"totaled" cars and reselling. I had my car inspected pre sale by two other places including the official Toyota shop and they thought the work was done great- couldn't believe it had been totaled. I also interrogated Jas pretty seriously just because im generally suspicious of a too good to be true deal. I couldn't catch him on a single thing he's very honest. I recommend RDS for anyone looking for a great deal!

RDS is a super friendly, no-nonsense, relaxed car buying experience! My husband and I were looking for a (ideally JDM) older Honda Fit as our second car and came across RDS just across the bridge from us. We stopped by twice to do test drives before making our decision to purchase. The guys at RDS were super friendly, spoke to me (not just my husband!) and did not pressure us at all, even after we tried several cars on their lot! Great selection and definitely knowledgeable about Japanese cars which they import regularly. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a used car, especially something from Japan (and bonus points for getting to pet and throw the ball for one of the dogs that works there)

Test drove quite a few of their RHD cars from Japan recently, tried a few more other places and ended up coming back. Negotiation was fair and friendly. Would buy another JDM car from them in the future.

Awesome job done! We came in on Wednesday for the ICBC inspection. Got a call back on Thursday with confirmation and to drop off the car again. New bumper ordered, arrived, and installed the next day and we came back to pick up as well on Friday. This was all right after the holiday break. I honestly didn’t expect it this fast as I had called other auto body shops and one even telling me not until 15 days after can I come in for an estimate. Perhaps there would be longer wait times with a bigger project than a fender bender but for sure I would highly recommend going with RDS!

I just purchased a right-hand-drive Toyota Estima from RDS, and it drives easily. I traveled from Kelowna to Vancouver to complete this purchase. The team's kind greeting was like icing on the cake. My transaction was satisfactory and painless. Even after the purchase, I returned at 8 in the morning (some other day) to have a new stereo system on my Estima.
